I was so impressed with the new oEmbed feature in wordpress 2.0 that I decided I would try and bring the joy to Joomla. I have made a similar plugin in the past “easiertube” which seems to be getting some good reviews, but a simply way which was much easier to extend would be great! (more…)

Incase you missed the hype
It’s not new but it is amazingly good. I recall seeing this a while ago and just found out that Mr Phillip Toledano’s touching project ‘Days with my Father‘ has found a publisher.
PQ Blackwell will publish the book of the project. Glad to see that this has been picked up. Phil had approached many publishers to no avail which is quite a surprise especially as the dedicated site had attracted so much attention.
