So, I like photography, I think its highly addictive, but highly expensive hobby if you get in to it.  I have wanted a DSLR camera for a fair old while but couldn’t really justify it to myself.  When we booked our honeymoon (now that’s another story right there) I found it the perfect reason to go out and buy.

Ok so over the years I have put a few sites together using the joomla framework. [0-21 Snowboarding] [Amarc2002 model areo club].

During that time Joomla! has come a long way. During my time working within the framework I managed to create a few plugins (used to be called mambots).  As per usual it’s all open source and various bit can be found at http://code.joomla.org

HI, Lately I have been playing with Ubiquity, an excellent plugin for FireFox which brings normal language to browsing the web.  Watch the video below and you’ll begin to understand the power of Ubiquity.

So now I can sit in a chair for about 40mins. Tried a car trip, that didn’t work out so well.

I can do most things now and its nearly two weeks post op, The ‘cut’ has healed pretty well and the steri strips are nearly all off.

Tried sleeping without pain killers last night……not so good.

I guess they signed me off for 6 weeks because even though you feel a whole lot better, you can still do yourself some damage by doing too much too soon.

My legs are still numb and I still have little strength in my left leg, so that counts another snowbarding trip out for this year, and thats a real sod.

So I’ll give you a little background:-

It’s time to redecorate the bedroom. So off we trot to IKEA. Now as if that wasn’t bad enough while lifting the high quality flat-pack furniture on to the trolley, I felt a sharp pain and a warm fuzzy feeling all across my back and down my left leg.
